Loan Process

Step One:

Complete the online application form with accurate information about yourself, your employment, income, assets, debts, and the property you wish to buy. Double-check all information before submitting. You access the application form by clicking on the blue Apply Now button on this page.

Step Two:

Upload the required documents to the secure portal. This may include proof of income, tax returns, bank statements, and identification.


Step Three:

Once your application is processed, Review the terms, interest rates, fees, and other details carefully and chat with your loan originator regarding your loan approval.

Work closely with your loan originator to provide any additional information or documentation requested. Once everything is in order, you will move forward to closing.


Step Four:

Closing may occur at either the escrow/closing attorney's office or a location of your choice. At closing, you will sign the final paperwork, settle any outstanding closing costs, and take ownership of your new home.
