• Most current TWO months bank statement with ALL pages.

• Most current ONE MONTH paystubs.

• Last two years’ W2s (Please provide diploma if graduated within 2 years).

• Last two years’ Federal Tax return with all schedules for self-employed.

• Mortgage statements or Note for all properties include 2nd HELOC/loan if applicable.

• Insurance declaration page with premium and agent contact information.

• Master Insurance and HOA statement if applicable.

• HOA Statement with monthly Due and HOA contact information if applicable.

• ID legible copies front and back for all borrowers.

• Green Card front and back copies or Passport and VISA documents if applicable.

If there are rental properties:

• Last two years’ Federal Tax return with all schedules for rental income verification.

• Lease agreements.

• Insurance for all rental properties.

• Master insurance and HOA statement if applicable.
